Trials/Beta. Trials and beta features are provided “as is,” may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and may have additional terms.

Fraud/Resale. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent or for unauthorized resale or competitive analysis.

Third-party pass-through costs. Some usage may incur third-party fees (e.g., telephony, carrier surcharges, verification fees). Where applicable, these are passed through at cost or as specified in your plan.

5) Third-Party Services & Integrations

The Platform may integrate with services provided by third parties (e.g., telephony, messaging, scheduling, CRMs, FSM tools, automation platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or availability. Your use of integrations is subject to the third party’s terms and policies. Linking to any other website or enabling any integration is at your own risk.

6) Customer Content & Data

You are responsible for all content, data and instructions you submit or connect to the Platform (“Customer Content”), including obtaining necessary rights and consents and ensuring legality. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Platform, comply with law, and as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to submit Content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, abusive, or contains malware. We may remove Content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.

7) Compliance for Messaging & Calls

You are solely responsible for the substance of communications initiated through the Platform and for complying with applicable laws and industry rules (e.g., consent/opt-in, identification, opt-out, record-keeping, local calling regulations). You must not use the Platform to place robocalls or send messages in violation of spam, telecom, or consumer protection laws.

9) Errors & Availability
